When you write to us, it helps to include your account email, your device model and iOS version, the app version, and a short description of the issue (a screenshot is great too).
Common topics
Account & sign-in
- Create an account or sign in with email or Google Sign-In.
- Trouble signing in? Make sure you're using the same method you signed up with. If you're stuck, email us and we'll help recover access.
Deals & agreements
- Brands and agencies send you deals in the app. Open a deal to review the brief and terms.
- You can accept a deal and sign the agreement directly in the app. Once signed, you'll see the work and deadlines in your deal.
Uploading content
- Upload your drafts for each deliverable from the deal screen.
- The brand's team reviews your draft and either approves it or sends feedback. You can upload a new version anytime — revisions are unlimited.
Getting paid
- Payments are handled securely through Stripe and PayPal. Set up or update your payout details when prompted.
- Payout timing follows the terms of your specific deal. If a payment looks delayed or missing, contact us with the deal name and date.
Notifications
- Turn push notifications on/off anytime in your device's Settings → Notifications → FistBump.
Delete your account
You can delete your account and personal data at any time:
In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account.
Or email support@fist-bump.eu and we'll process your request. Some records (for example, signed agreements and payment records) may be retained where required by law — see our Privacy Policy.
